Here's what the dictionary says:

Look at the last one. A new or refreshingly different experience. Refreshingly different. A lot of things have changed in my life. Most have been someone I love leaving. Or an unwanted person coming into my life. Refreshingly different. I think someone forgot about the refreshing part. I think about some of the most major event that have changed my life and there was absolutely nothing refreshing about them. Refreshingly different. Nope. I don't think so. Maybe next time it needs to be my attitude that is different. Thats my new plan. Next time major change happens my attitude will be refreshingly different.
